Street Food of the Week - Phở Bò

Phở bò (said like "fa bah") is a quintessential Vietnamese dish. Phở is a type of noodle and bò means beef, and the 2 come together in this soup quite deliciously. This dish started in Hanoi (in Vietnam there are many dishes that are local specialties) but has spread all throughout the country. The locals like to eat it for breakfast. Squeeze in some lime juice and add as many red chiles as you dare and you got yourself a damn good meal, for less than a buck.

This picture is making me salivate. This is a better deal than my usual Mc Double w/o cheese.
Would love to cop a deal like this in Manila Mesa!

I know man. The street food here so delicious and way cheaper than even fast food (actually here, fast food is quite expensive). Maybe you should open up a phở bò stand on Mira Mesa blvd. I'll send you the recipe.

Western fast food in Vietnam is a joke.
It's nothing like its western counterpart, and charges the same or even more than what is charged overseas!!
Why on earth do people buy them, when they can get street meals like Pho?
